Product Images and Colours

Images on our website are for illustration only. While we work hard to show colours as accurately as possible, variations may occur due to screen settings and resolution. Actual product colours may differ slightly. Packaging may also vary from what is shown online.

Custom and Personalised Orders

Our customized products are created just for you using your own images, text, and designs. Because these items are customised and cannot be resold or restocked, we’re unable to offer refunds or exchanges in the following cases:

• Minor colour differences compared to website images

• Change of mind or no longer needing the item

Errors in customer-provided content, such as:

• Low-quality images

• Incorrect placement of images

• Blank pages or surfaces

• Spelling or text mistakes

Packaging

If the outer packaging is damaged during transit but the product inside is undamaged, we are unable to offer refunds or replacements for this reason.
